1. Devarim 28:1

   וְהָיָה אִם-שָׁמוֹעַ תִּשְׁמַע בְּקוֹל יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ לִשְׁמֹר לַעֲשׂוֹת אֶת-כָּל-מִצְו‍ֹתָיו אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי מְצַוְּךָ הַיּוֹם--וּנְתָנְךָ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ עֶלְיוֹן עַל כָּל-גּוֹיֵי הָאָרֶץ

   ואעלם אנך אן סמעת ואטעת אמר אללה רבך. לתחפץ' ותעמל גמיע וצאיאה. אלתי אנא אמרך בהא אליום . געלך אללה רבך עאליא. עלי' סאיר אמם אלארץ'

   And know that if you hear and obey the command of God your Lord, to keep and to do all His commandments which I command you today, God your Lord shall set you high above all the rest of the nations of the earth.

2. Devarim 28:2

   וּבָאוּ עָלֶיךָ כָּל-הַבְּרָכוֹת הָאֵלֶּה וְהִשִּׂיגֻךָ כִּי תִשְׁמַע בְּקוֹל יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ

   חלת בך גמיע הד'ה אלברכאת ואדרכתך. אד' סמעת אמר אללה רבך

   All these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, since you have heard the command of God your Lord.

3. Devarim 28:3

   בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה בָּעִיר וּבָרוּךְ אַתָּה בַּשָּׂדֶה

   וצרת מבארכא פי אלחצ'ר. ומבארכא פי אלבר

   And you shall be blessed in the settlement, and blessed in the open wilderness.

4. Devarim 28:4

   בָּרוּךְ פְּרִי-בִטְנְךָ וּפְרִי אַדְמָתְךָ וּפְרִי בְהֶמְתֶּךָ--שְׁגַר אֲלָפֶיךָ וְעַשְׁתְּרוֹת צֹאנֶךָ

   ומבארכא ת'מר גסמך. ות'מר ריאצ'ך ות'מר בהאימך. נתאג בקרך וגפראת ג'נמך

   Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, and the fruit of your gardens, and the fruit of your beasts — the offspring of your cattle and the young of your flocks.

5. Devarim 28:5

   בָּרוּךְ טַנְאֲךָ וּמִשְׁאַרְתֶּךָ

   ומבארכא מא פי בנאיגך ומשאורך

   And blessed shall be what is in your panniers and your kneading-troughs.

6. Devarim 28:6

   בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה בְּבֹאֶךָ וּבָרוּךְ אַתָּה בְּצֵאתֶךָ

   וצרת מבארכא פי דכ'ולך. ומבארכא פי כ'רוגך

   And you shall be blessed in your entering, and blessed in your going out.

7. Devarim 28:7

   יִתֵּן יְהוָה אֶת-אֹיְבֶיךָ הַקָּמִים עָלֶיךָ נִגָּפִים לְפָנֶיךָ בְּדֶרֶךְ אֶחָד יֵצְאוּ אֵלֶיךָ וּבְשִׁבְעָה דְרָכִים יָנוּסוּ לְפָנֶיךָ

   ויגעל אללה אעדאיך אלמקאומין לך. מצדומין בין ידיך. פי טריק ואחדה יכ'רגון אליך. ופי סבע טרק יהרבון מן בין ידיך

   And God shall make your enemies who rise up against you to be stricken before you; by one road they shall come out against you, and by seven roads they shall flee from before you.

8. Devarim 28:8

   יְצַו יְהוָה אִתְּךָ אֶת-הַבְּרָכָה בַּאֲסָמֶיךָ וּבְכֹל מִשְׁלַח יָדֶךָ וּבֵרַכְךָ--בָּאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר-יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ נֹתֵן לָךְ

   ויאמר אללה לך בברכתה. פי אהראיך. ופי גמיע ממד ידך. ויבארך לך. פי אלבלד. אלד'י אללה רבך מעטיך

   And God shall command His blessing upon you — in your granaries, and in all the work of your hand; and He shall bless you in the land which God your Lord is giving you.

9. Devarim 28:9

   יְקִימְךָ יְהוָה לוֹ לְעַם קָדוֹשׁ כַּאֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּע-לָךְ כִּי תִשְׁמֹר אֶת-מִצְו‍ֹת יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ וְהָלַכְתָּ בִּדְרָכָיו

   וינצבך אללה לה שעבא מקדסא. כמא ועדך. אד' תחפץ' וצאיאה. ותסיר פי טרקה

   And God shall establish you for Himself as a holy people, as He promised you, when you keep His commandments and walk in His ways.

10. Devarim 28:10

    וְרָאוּ כָּל-עַמֵּי הָאָרֶץ כִּי שֵׁם יְהוָה נִקְרָא עָלֶיךָ וְיָרְאוּ מִמֶּךָּ

    פינצ'ר גמיע אמם אלארץ'. אן אסם אללה קד סמי עליך. ויכ'אפונך

    And all the nations of the earth shall see that the name of God has been called upon you, and they shall fear you.

11. Devarim 28:11

    וְהוֹתִרְךָ יְהוָה לְטוֹבָה בִּפְרִי בִטְנְךָ וּבִפְרִי בְהֶמְתְּךָ וּבִפְרִי אַדְמָתֶךָ--עַל הָאֲדָמָה אֲשֶׁר נִשְׁבַּע יְהוָה לַאֲבֹתֶיךָ לָתֶת לָךְ

    ויזידך אללה כ'ירא. פי ת'מר גסמך. ות'מר בהאימך ות'מר ריאצ'ך. פי אלבלד. אלד'י קסם לאבאיך אן יעטיך

    And God shall increase your good — in the fruit of your body, and the fruit of your beasts, and the fruit of your gardens — in the land which He swore to your fathers that He would give you.

12. Devarim 28:12

    יִפְתַּח יְהוָה לְךָ אֶת-אוֹצָרוֹ הַטּוֹב אֶת-הַשָּׁמַיִם לָתֵת מְטַר-אַרְצְךָ בְּעִתּוֹ וּלְבָרֵךְ אֵת כָּל-מַעֲשֵׂה יָדֶךָ וְהִלְוִיתָ גּוֹיִם רַבִּים וְאַתָּה לֹא תִלְוֶה

    ויפתח אללה לך. כ'זאין כ'ירה מן אלסמא. וינזל מטר בלדך פי וקתה. ויבארך לך פי גמיע עמל ידך. חתי' תקרץ' אממא כת'ירה. ואנת פלא תקתרץ'

    And God shall open for you His good treasuries from the sky, to send down the rain of your land in its season, and to bless you in all the work of your hand; so that you shall lend to many nations, and you shall not borrow.

13. Devarim 28:13

    וּנְתָנְךָ יְהוָה לְרֹאשׁ וְלֹא לְזָנָב וְהָיִיתָ רַק לְמַעְלָה וְלֹא תִהְיֶה לְמָטָּה כִּי-תִשְׁמַע אֶל-מִצְו‍ֹת יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי מְצַוְּךָ הַיּוֹם--לִשְׁמֹר וְלַעֲשׂוֹת

    ויגעלך אללה ראסא ולא ד'נבא. ותכון עאליא מחצ'א. ולא תכון מסתספלא. אד' תקבל וצאיא אללה רבך. אלד'י אנא אמרך בהא אליום. לתחפצ'הא ותעמל בהא

    And God shall make you a head and not a tail, and you shall be only on top and not be brought low — when you accept the commandments of God your Lord which I command you today, to keep them and to do by them.

14. Devarim 28:14

    וְלֹא תָסוּר מִכָּל-הַדְּבָרִים אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי מְצַוֶּה אֶתְכֶם הַיּוֹם--יָמִין וּשְׂמֹאול לָלֶכֶת אַחֲרֵי אֱלֹהִים אֲחֵרִים--לְעָבְדָם

    ולא תזול. מן גמיע אלאמור אלד'י אנא אמרך בהא. אליום ימנה ולא יסרה. פתתבע מעבודאת אכ'ר פתעבדהא

    And do not deviate from any of the things which I command you today, right or left, so as to follow other objects of worship and serve them.

15. Devarim 28:15

    וְהָיָה אִם-לֹא תִשְׁמַע בְּקוֹל יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ לִשְׁמֹר לַעֲשׂוֹת אֶת-כָּל-מִצְו‍ֹתָיו וְחֻקֹּתָיו אֲשֶׁר אָנֹכִי מְצַוְּךָ הַיּוֹם--וּבָאוּ עָלֶיךָ כָּל-הַקְּלָלוֹת הָאֵלֶּה וְהִשִּׂיגוּךָ

    ואן לם תקבל אמר אללה רבך. לתחפץ' ותעמל גמיע וצאיאה ורסומה. אלתי אמרך בהא אליום . חלת בך. גמיע הד'ה אללענאת ואדרכתך

    But if you do not accept the command of God your Lord, to keep and to do all His commandments and statutes which I command you today, then all these curses shall come upon you and overtake you.

16. Devarim 28:16

    אָרוּר אַתָּה בָּעִיר וְאָרוּר אַתָּה בַּשָּׂדֶה

    וכנת מלעונא פי אלחצ'ר. ומלעונא פי אלבר

    And you shall be cursed in the settlement, and cursed in the open wilderness.

17. Devarim 28:17

    אָרוּר טַנְאֲךָ וּמִשְׁאַרְתֶּךָ

    ומלעונא מא פי בנאיגך ומשאורך

    And cursed shall be what is in your panniers and your kneading-troughs.

18. Devarim 28:18

    אָרוּר פְּרִי-בִטְנְךָ וּפְרִי אַדְמָתֶךָ--שְׁגַר אֲלָפֶיךָ וְעַשְׁתְּרֹת צֹאנֶךָ

    ומלעון ת'מר גסמך ות'מר ארצ'ך. נתאג בקרך וגפראת ג'נמך

    And cursed shall be the fruit of your body and the fruit of your land, the offspring of your cattle and the young of your flocks.

19. Devarim 28:19

    אָרוּר אַתָּה בְּבֹאֶךָ וְאָרוּר אַתָּה בְּצֵאתֶךָ

    וצרת מלעון פי דכ'ולך. ומלעון פי כ'רוגך

    And you shall be cursed in your entering, and cursed in your going out.

20. Devarim 28:20

    יְשַׁלַּח יְהוָה בְּךָ אֶת-הַמְּאֵרָה אֶת-הַמְּהוּמָה וְאֶת-הַמִּגְעֶרֶת בְּכָל-מִשְׁלַח יָדְךָ אֲשֶׁר תַּעֲשֶׂה--עַד הִשָּׁמֶדְךָ וְעַד-אֲבָדְךָ מַהֵר מִפְּנֵי רֹעַ מַעֲלָלֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר עֲזַבְתָּנִי

    ויבעת' אללה עליך. אלמחק ואלאהאמה ואלזגרה. פי גמיע ממד ידך אלד'י תצנעה. אלי' אנפאד'ך ואבאדתך סריעא. ויקול. מן קבל סו שמאילך אד' תרכתני

    And God shall send upon you ruin and confusion and rebuke, in all the work of your hand that you do — until your destruction and your swift annihilation; and they shall say: because of the evil of your ways, in that you have forsaken Me.

21. Devarim 28:21

    יַדְבֵּק יְהוָה בְּךָ אֶת-הַדָּבֶר--עַד כַּלֹּתוֹ אֹתְךָ מֵעַל הָאֲדָמָה אֲשֶׁר-אַתָּה בָא-שָׁמָּה לְרִשְׁתָּהּ

    וילזמך אללה אלובא. אלי' אן יפניך. מן אלארץ'. אלד'י אנת דאכ'ל אליה לתחוזה

    And God shall fasten upon you the pestilence, until He has consumed you from the land which you are entering to possess.

22. Devarim 28:22

    יַכְּכָה יְהוָה בַּשַּׁחֶפֶת וּבַקַּדַּחַת וּבַדַּלֶּקֶת וּבַחַרְחֻר וּבַחֶרֶב וּבַשִּׁדָּפוֹן וּבַיֵּרָקוֹן וּרְדָפוּךָ עַד אָבְדֶךָ

    ויצ'רבך אללה. בחמא אלסל ואלחארה. ואלרבע ואלפאלג. ואלגפאף ואלשוב ואלירקאן. פיכלבונך אלי' אבאדתך

    And God shall strike you with the fever of consumption and with burning heat, and with quartan fever and with palsy, and with drought and with scorching wind and with jaundice — they shall pursue you until your destruction.

23. Devarim 28:23

    וְהָיוּ שָׁמֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר עַל-רֹאשְׁךָ נְחֹשֶׁת וְהָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר-תַּחְתֶּיךָ בַּרְזֶל

    ותכון סמאך. אלד'י פוק ראסך כאלנחאס. ואלארץ' אלד'י תחתך כאלחדיד

    And your sky which is above your head shall be like copper, and the earth which is beneath you like iron.

24. Devarim 28:24

    יִתֵּן יְהוָה אֶת-מְטַר אַרְצְךָ אָבָק וְעָפָר מִן-הַשָּׁמַיִם יֵרֵד עָלֶיךָ עַד הִשָּׁמְדָךְ

    ויגעל אללה. מא ימטרה עלי' ארצ'ך ג'בארא ותראבא. מן אלסמא ירד עליך. אלי' אנפאד'ך

    And God shall make the water of His rain upon your land into dust and earth — from the sky it shall scatter down upon you, until your destruction.

25. Devarim 28:25

    יִתֶּנְךָ יְהוָה נִגָּף לִפְנֵי אֹיְבֶיךָ--בְּדֶרֶךְ אֶחָד תֵּצֵא אֵלָיו וּבְשִׁבְעָה דְרָכִים תָּנוּס לְפָנָיו וְהָיִיתָ לְזַעֲוָה לְכֹל מַמְלְכוֹת הָאָרֶץ

    ויגעלך אללה. מצדומא בין ידי אעדאיך. חתי' תכ'רג אליהם פי טריק ואחדה. ותהרב מן בין ידיהם פי סבע טרק. ותציר עברה. לגמיע ממאלך אלארץ'

    And God shall make you to be stricken before your enemies; by one road you shall go out against them, and by seven roads you shall flee from before them — and you shall become a lesson to all the kingdoms of the earth.

26. Devarim 28:26

    וְהָיְתָה נִבְלָתְךָ לְמַאֲכָל לְכָל-עוֹף הַשָּׁמַיִם וּלְבֶהֱמַת הָאָרֶץ וְאֵין מַחֲרִיד

    ותציר גת'תך מאכלא. לטאיר אלסמא ובהאים אלארץ' וליס מזעג להא

    And your corpse shall become food for the bird of the sky and the beasts of the earth, with none to frighten them away.

27. Devarim 28:27

    יַכְּכָה יְהוָה בִּשְׁחִין מִצְרַיִם ובעפלים (וּבַטְּחֹרִים) וּבַגָּרָב וּבֶחָרֶס--אֲשֶׁר לֹא-תוּכַל לְהֵרָפֵא

    ויצ'רבך אללה. בקרח מצר ואלבואסיר. ואלגרב ואלחכה. מא לם תסתטיע מדאואתה

    And God shall strike you with the boil of Egypt, and with hemorrhoids, and with scab and with itch — which you shall not be able to cure.

28. Devarim 28:28

    יַכְּכָה יְהוָה בְּשִׁגָּעוֹן וּבְעִוָּרוֹן וּבְתִמְהוֹן לֵבָב

    ויצ'רבך אללה. באלגנאן ואלעמא. ובהתה' אלקלב

    And God shall strike you with madness and with blindness and with bewilderment of heart.

29. Devarim 28:29

    וְהָיִיתָ מְמַשֵּׁשׁ בַּצָּהֳרַיִם כַּאֲשֶׁר יְמַשֵּׁשׁ הַעִוֵּר בָּאֲפֵלָה וְלֹא תַצְלִיחַ אֶת-דְּרָכֶיךָ וְהָיִיתָ אַךְ עָשׁוּק וְגָזוּל כָּל-הַיָּמִים--וְאֵין מוֹשִׁיעַ

    באן תציר כאלמגסס פי אלצ'הירה. כמא יגסס אלאעמא וכ'אצה פי אלאפל. ולא תנגח טרקך. ותציר מג'שומא מג'צובא. טול אלזמאן וליס מג'ית'

    So that you shall grope about like one feeling his way at noon, as the blind man gropes, and especially in darkness; and your ways shall not prosper; and you shall be only oppressed and plundered all the time, with no one to save you.

30. Devarim 28:30

    אִשָּׁה תְאָרֵשׂ וְאִישׁ אַחֵר ישגלנה (יִשְׁכָּבֶנָּה)--בַּיִת תִּבְנֶה וְלֹא-תֵשֵׁב בּוֹ כֶּרֶם תִּטַּע וְלֹא תְחַלְּלֶנּוּ

    באן תתזווג אמראה. פיאתיהא רגל אכ'ר. ותבני ביתא ולא תגלס פיה. ותג'רס כרמא ולא תתבד'לה

    If you marry a woman, another man shall come to her; and you shall build a house but not dwell in it; and you shall plant a vineyard but not use its fruit.

31. Devarim 28:31

    שׁוֹרְךָ טָבוּחַ לְעֵינֶיךָ וְלֹא תֹאכַל מִמֶּנּוּ--חֲמֹרְךָ גָּזוּל מִלְּפָנֶיךָ וְלֹא יָשׁוּב לָךְ צֹאנְךָ נְתֻנוֹת לְאֹיְבֶיךָ וְאֵין לְךָ מוֹשִׁיעַ

    ויכון ת'ורך מד'בוח חד'א עינאך. ולא תאכל מנה. וחמארך מג'צוב מן בין ידיך. ולא ירגע אליך. וג'נמך מסלמה לאעדאיך. וליס לך מג'ית'

    And your ox shall be slaughtered before your eyes, and you shall not eat of it; and your donkey shall be plundered from before you and shall not return to you; and your flock shall be given over to your enemies, with no one to save you.

32. Devarim 28:32

    בָּנֶיךָ וּבְנֹתֶיךָ נְתֻנִים לְעַם אַחֵר וְעֵינֶיךָ רֹאוֹת וְכָלוֹת אֲלֵיהֶם כָּל-הַיּוֹם וְאֵין לְאֵל יָדֶךָ

    ובניך ובנאתך. מדפועין אלי' קום אכ'רין ועינאך תראהם. ושאכ'צה אליהם טול אלזמאן. ולא טאקה פי ידך

    Your sons and your daughters shall be handed over to another people, and your eyes shall see them, staring toward them all the time, with no power in your hand.

33. Devarim 28:33

    פְּרִי אַדְמָתְךָ וְכָל-יְגִיעֲךָ יֹאכַל עַם אֲשֶׁר לֹא-יָדָעְתָּ וְהָיִיתָ רַק עָשׁוּק וְרָצוּץ--כָּל-הַיָּמִים

    ות'מר ארצ'ך וסאיר כסבך. יאכלה קום לא תערפהם. ותציר כד'אך. מג'שומא מעסופא טול אלזמן

    And the fruit of your land and the rest of your earnings shall be eaten by a people you do not know; and you shall be thus — oppressed and crushed all the time.

34. Devarim 28:34

    וְהָיִיתָ מְשֻׁגָּע מִמַּרְאֵה עֵינֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר תִּרְאֶה

    חתי' תציר מעתוהא. מן נצ'ר עינאך אלד'י תראה

    Until you become demented from the sight of your eyes that you see.

35. Devarim 28:35

    יַכְּכָה יְהוָה בִּשְׁחִין רָע עַל-הַבִּרְכַּיִם וְעַל-הַשֹּׁקַיִם אֲשֶׁר לֹא-תוּכַל לְהֵרָפֵא--מִכַּף רַגְלְךָ וְעַד קָדְקֳדֶךָ

    ויצ'רבך אללה בקרח רדי. עלי אלרכבתין ואלסאקין. מא לם תסתטיע מדאואתה. ובמא יולמך מן קדמך אלי' האמתך

    And God shall strike you with a malignant boil on the knees and on the legs, which you shall not be able to cure — and that which pains you from your foot to the crown of your head.

36. Devarim 28:36

    יוֹלֵךְ יְהוָה אֹתְךָ וְאֶת-מַלְכְּךָ אֲשֶׁר תָּקִים עָלֶיךָ אֶל-גּוֹי אֲשֶׁר לֹא-יָדַעְתָּ אַתָּה וַאֲבֹתֶיךָ וְעָבַדְתָּ שָּׁם אֱלֹהִים אֲחֵרִים עֵץ וָאָבֶן

    ויגליך אללה ומלכך אלד'י תנצבה עליך. אלי' קום לם תערפהם אנת ואבאיך. פתכ'דם הנאך. מעבודאת אכ'ר מן כ'שב וחגארה

    And God shall exile you, and your king whom you shall set over you, to a people whom neither you nor your fathers have known; and there you shall serve other objects of worship of wood and stone.

37. Devarim 28:37

    וְהָיִיתָ לְשַׁמָּה לְמָשָׁל וְלִשְׁנִינָה--בְּכֹל הָעַמִּים אֲשֶׁר-יְנַהֶגְךָ יְהוָה שָׁמָּה

    ותציר וחשה. ומת'לה וחכאיה. פי גמיע אלאמם. אלד'י יסוקך אללה אלי' ת'ם

    And you shall become a desolation, a byword and a tale, among all the nations to which God shall drive you.

38. Devarim 28:38

    זֶרַע רַב תּוֹצִיא הַשָּׂדֶה וּמְעַט תֶּאֱסֹף כִּי יַחְסְלֶנּוּ הָאַרְבֶּה

    ואד'א תכ'רג אלצחרא בד'רא כת'ירא. פקליל מא תגמע מנה. בל יקצמה אלגראד

    When the open land brings forth much seed, little shall you gather from it — for the locusts shall devour it.

39. Devarim 28:39

    כְּרָמִים תִּטַּע וְעָבָדְתָּ וְיַיִן לֹא-תִשְׁתֶּה וְלֹא תֶאֱגֹר כִּי תֹאכְלֶנּוּ הַתֹּלָעַת

    פאד'א תג'רס כרמא ותפלחהא. פלא תשרב מנה כמרא ולא תועיה. בל יאכלה אלדוד

    If you plant a vineyard and till it, you shall not drink wine from it nor store it — for the worm shall eat it.

40. Devarim 28:40

    זֵיתִים יִהְיוּ לְךָ בְּכָל-גְּבוּלֶךָ וְשֶׁמֶן לֹא תָסוּךְ כִּי יִשַּׁל זֵיתֶךָ

    פאד'א יכון לך זיאתין פי גמיע תכ'מך. ולא תדהן מנה. בל תנת'רה נתרא

    If you have olive trees throughout all your territory, you shall not anoint yourself with the oil — for it shall scatter its fruit.

41. Devarim 28:41

    בָּנִים וּבָנוֹת תּוֹלִיד וְלֹא-יִהְיוּ לָךְ כִּי יֵלְכוּ בַּשֶּׁבִי

    ואד'א תולד בנין או בנאת. פלא יבקון לך. בל יגלון פי אלסבי

    And if you beget sons or daughters, they shall not remain yours — for they shall go into captivity.

42. Devarim 28:42

    כָּל-עֵצְךָ וּפְרִי אַדְמָתֶךָ יְיָרֵשׁ הַצְּלָצַל

    וגמיע שגרך ות'מר ארצ'ך. יקרצ'ה אלפראש

    And all your trees and the fruit of your land the locust shall gnaw away.

43. Devarim 28:43

    הַגֵּר אֲשֶׁר בְּקִרְבְּךָ יַעֲלֶה עָלֶיךָ מַעְלָה מָּעְלָה וְאַתָּה תֵרֵד מַטָּה מָּטָּה

    ואלג'ריב אלד'י פי מא בינכם. ירתפע עליך עלאוא כבירא. ואנת תנחט ספלא הויא

    The stranger who is among you shall rise above you higher and higher, while you shall sink lower and lower.

44. Devarim 28:44

    הוּא יַלְוְךָ וְאַתָּה לֹא תַלְוֶנּוּ הוּא יִהְיֶה לְרֹאשׁ וְאַתָּה תִּהְיֶה לְזָנָב

    חתי' אנה יקרצ'ך. ואנת פלא תקרצ'ה. הו יציר ראסא. ואנת תציר ד'נבא

    Until he shall lend to you, and you shall not lend to him; he shall become a head and you shall become a tail.

45. Devarim 28:45

    וּבָאוּ עָלֶיךָ כָּל-הַקְּלָלוֹת הָאֵלֶּה וּרְדָפוּךָ וְהִשִּׂיגוּךָ עַד הִשָּׁמְדָךְ כִּי-לֹא שָׁמַעְתָּ בְּקוֹל יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ--לִשְׁמֹר מִצְו‍ֹתָיו וְחֻקֹּתָיו אֲשֶׁר צִוָּךְ

    ותחל בך גמיע הד'ה אללענאת. ותכלבך ותדרכך. אלי' אנפאד'ך. אד' לם תקבל אמר אללה רבך. ותחפץ' וצאיאה ורסומה אלתי אמרך בהא

    And all these curses shall come upon you, and pursue you, and overtake you — until your destruction — since you did not accept the command of God your Lord, and keep His commandments and His statutes which I command you.

46. Devarim 28:46

    וְהָיוּ בְךָ לְאוֹת וּלְמוֹפֵת וּבְזַרְעֲךָ עַד-עוֹלָם

    ותציר פיך איה וברהאנא. ובנסלך אלמשאבהין לך אלי' אלדהר

    And they shall be among you a sign and a proof — and among your offspring who resemble you — forever.

47. Devarim 28:47

    תַּחַת אֲשֶׁר לֹא-עָבַדְתָּ אֶת-יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ בְּשִׂמְחָה וּבְטוּב לֵבָב--מֵרֹב כֹּל

    בדל מא לם תעבד אללה רבך. בפרח וגודה' קלב. מן כת'רה' אלאשיא

    In return for the fact that you did not serve God your Lord with joy and goodness of heart, out of the abundance of all things —

48. Devarim 28:48

    וְעָבַדְתָּ אֶת-אֹיְבֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר יְשַׁלְּחֶנּוּ יְהוָה בָּךְ בְּרָעָב וּבְצָמָא וּבְעֵירֹם וּבְחֹסֶר כֹּל וְנָתַן עֹל בַּרְזֶל עַל-צַוָּארֶךָ עַד הִשְׁמִידוֹ אֹתָךְ

    פתכ'דם עדווך. אלד'י יסלטה אללה עליך. בגוע ועטש. וערי ועוז כל שי. ויצ'ע אצרא מן חדיד עלי' ענקך. אלי' אן ינפד'ך

    you shall therefore serve your enemy whom God shall set over you, in hunger and in thirst, and in nakedness and in want of everything; and he shall place a yoke of iron upon your neck, until he has destroyed you.

49. Devarim 28:49

    יִשָּׂא יְהוָה עָלֶיךָ גּוֹי מֵרָחֹק מִקְצֵה הָאָרֶץ כַּאֲשֶׁר יִדְאֶה הַנָּשֶׁר גּוֹי אֲשֶׁר לֹא-תִשְׁמַע לְשֹׁנוֹ

    ויג'זיך אללה בקביל מן בעיד מן טרף אלארץ'. כמא יתחלק אלנסר. קביל לא תפהם לג'תה

    And God shall send against you a nation from afar, from the end of the earth — as the eagle circles — a nation whose language you shall not understand.

50. Devarim 28:50

    גּוֹי עַז פָּנִים אֲשֶׁר לֹא-יִשָּׂא פָנִים לְזָקֵן וְנַעַר לֹא יָחֹן

    קביל וקיח אלוגה. מא לם יחאבי וגה אלשיך'. ולא ירוף עלי צבי

    A brazen nation, which shall show no favor to the old, and shall not have compassion on the young.

51. Devarim 28:51

    וְאָכַל פְּרִי בְהֶמְתְּךָ וּפְרִי-אַדְמָתְךָ עַד הִשָּׁמְדָךְ אֲשֶׁר לֹא-יַשְׁאִיר לְךָ דָּגָן תִּירוֹשׁ וְיִצְהָר שְׁגַר אֲלָפֶיךָ וְעַשְׁתְּרֹת צֹאנֶךָ--עַד הַאֲבִידוֹ אֹתָךְ

    פיאכל ת'מר בהאימך ות'מר ארצ'ך אלי' אנפאד'ך. ולא יבקי לך ברא. ולא עצירא ולא דהנא. ולא נתאג בקרך וגפראת ג'נמך. אלי' אן יבידך

    And it shall eat the fruit of your beasts and the fruit of your land until your destruction, leaving you no grain, no juice, and no oil, and no offspring of your cattle and young of your flocks — until it has annihilated you.

52. Devarim 28:52

    וְהֵצַר לְךָ בְּכָל-שְׁעָרֶיךָ עַד רֶדֶת חֹמֹתֶיךָ הַגְּבֹהֹת וְהַבְּצֻרוֹת אֲשֶׁר אַתָּה בֹּטֵחַ בָּהֵן בְּכָל-אַרְצֶךָ וְהֵצַר לְךָ בְּכָל-שְׁעָרֶיךָ בְּכָל-אַרְצְךָ אֲשֶׁר נָתַן יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ לָךְ

    ויחאצרך פי גמיע מחאלך. אלי' אן יהדם אסוארך אלשאמכ'ה ואלחצינה. אלד'י אנת ואת'ק בהא פי גמיע בלדך. ויצ'איקך פי גמיע מחאלך אלד'י אעטאך אללה רבך

    And it shall besiege you in all your quarters, until it has broken down your high and fortified walls in which you trust throughout all your land; and it shall press you hard in all your quarters throughout all the land which God your Lord has given you.

53. Devarim 28:53

    וְאָכַלְתָּ פְרִי-בִטְנְךָ בְּשַׂר בָּנֶיךָ וּבְנֹתֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר נָתַן-לְךָ יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ--בְּמָצוֹר וּבְמָצוֹק אֲשֶׁר-יָצִיק לְךָ אֹיְבֶךָ

    חתי' תאכל מן ת'מר בטנך. מן לחם בניך ובנאתך. אלד'י רזקך אללה רבך. בחצאר וצ'יק. ממא יחאצרך עדווך

    Until you eat the fruit of your womb — the flesh of your sons and your daughters — which God your Lord has provided for you — in the siege and the distress with which your enemy shall besiege you.

54. Devarim 28:54

    הָאִישׁ הָרַךְ בְּךָ וְהֶעָנֹג מְאֹד--תֵּרַע עֵינוֹ בְאָחִיו וּבְאֵשֶׁת חֵיקוֹ וּבְיֶתֶר בָּנָיו אֲשֶׁר יוֹתִיר

    חתי' אן אלרג'ל אלרכ'ץ' מנכם. ואלמדלל גדא. ישח עלי' אכ'יה ועלי' חרמתה. ובאקי בניה אלד'י יבקיהם

    So that even the most tender and delicate man among you shall begrudge his brother, and the wife of his bosom, and the rest of his children whom he has left surviving —

55. Devarim 28:55

    מִתֵּת לְאַחַד מֵהֶם מִבְּשַׂר בָּנָיו אֲשֶׁר יֹאכֵל מִבְּלִי הִשְׁאִיר-לוֹ כֹּל--בְּמָצוֹר וּבְמָצוֹק אֲשֶׁר יָצִיק לְךָ אֹיִבְךָ בְּכָל-שְׁעָרֶיךָ

    מן אן יעטי אחד מנהם. מן לחם בניה אלד'י יאכל. ממא לם יבק לה שייא. בחצאר וצ'יק. ממא יצ'ייק עליך. עדווך פי גמיע מחאלך

    from giving any of them of the flesh of his children that he eats, since nothing has been left to him — in the siege and the distress with which your enemy shall press you hard in all your quarters.

56. Devarim 28:56

    הָרַכָּה בְךָ וְהָעֲנֻגָּה אֲשֶׁר לֹא-נִסְּתָה כַף-רַגְלָהּ הַצֵּג עַל-הָאָרֶץ מֵהִתְעַנֵּג וּמֵרֹךְ--תֵּרַע עֵינָהּ בְּאִישׁ חֵיקָהּ וּבִבְנָהּ וּבְבִתָּהּ

    חתי' אן אלאמראה אלרכ'צ'ה מנכם ואלמדללה. אלתי לם תעוד קדמהא אן תצעהא עלי' אלארץ'. מן אלדלאל ואלרכ'צ'ה. תשח עלי' זוגהא. ואבנהא ואבנתהא

    So that even the most tender and delicate woman among you, who has never accustomed her foot to be set upon the ground, out of delicacy and tenderness, shall begrudge her husband, and her son and her daughter —

57. Devarim 28:57

    וּבְשִׁלְיָתָהּ הַיּוֹצֵת מִבֵּין רַגְלֶיהָ וּבְבָנֶיהָ אֲשֶׁר תֵּלֵד כִּי-תֹאכְלֵם בְּחֹסֶר-כֹּל בַּסָּתֶר--בְּמָצוֹר וּבְמָצוֹק אֲשֶׁר יָצִיק לְךָ אֹיִבְךָ בִּשְׁעָרֶיךָ

    ובמשימתהא אלסאקטה מנהא. ואגנתהא אלד'י תרמי. פתנפרד בהם פתאכלהם. מן עוז אלכל פי אלסתר. בחצאר וציק. ממא יצ'ייק עליך. עדווך פי מחאלך

    and her afterbirth that falls from her, and the infants she delivers — so that she hoards them to herself and eats them, out of want of everything, in secret — in the siege and the distress with which your enemy shall press you hard in your quarters.

58. Devarim 28:58

    אִם-לֹא תִשְׁמֹר לַעֲשׂוֹת אֶת-כָּל-דִּבְרֵי הַתּוֹרָה הַזֹּאת הַכְּתֻבִים בַּסֵּפֶר הַזֶּה לְיִרְאָה אֶת-הַשֵּׁם הַנִּכְבָּד וְהַנּוֹרָא הַזֶּה--אֵת יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ

    ואן לם תחפץ' ותעמל. גמיע כלאם הד'ה אלתורייה. אלמכתובה פי הד'א אלספר. ותכ'אף הד'א אלאסם אלכרים אלמהיוב. הו אללה רבך

    And if you do not keep and do all the words of this Torah written in this book, and do not fear this noble and awe-inspiring Name — He is God your Lord —

59. Devarim 28:59

    וְהִפְלָא יְהוָה אֶת-מַכֹּתְךָ וְאֵת מַכּוֹת זַרְעֶךָ מַכּוֹת גְּדֹלֹת וְנֶאֱמָנוֹת וָחֳלָיִם רָעִים וְנֶאֱמָנִים

    פיגעל אללה צ'רבאתך עגיבה. וצרבאת נסלך אלמד'כורין. צ'רבאת כבאר דארה. ואמראץ' רדייה דארה

    then God shall make your plagues wondrous, and the plagues of your offspring aforementioned: great and harmful plagues, and malignant harmful diseases.

60. Devarim 28:60

    וְהֵשִׁיב בְּךָ אֵת כָּל-מַדְוֵה מִצְרַיִם אֲשֶׁר יָגֹרְתָּ מִפְּנֵיהֶם וְדָבְקוּ בָּךְ

    וירד עליך. גמיע אדוא מצר. אלד'י חד'רתהא. פתלזמך

    And He shall bring back upon you all the ailments of Egypt which you dreaded — and they shall cling to you.

61. Devarim 28:61

    גַּם כָּל-חֳלִי וְכָל-מַכָּה אֲשֶׁר לֹא כָתוּב בְּסֵפֶר הַתּוֹרָה הַזֹּאת--יַעְלֵם יְהוָה עָלֶיךָ עַד הִשָּׁמְדָךְ

    ואיצ'א כל מרץ' וכל צ'רבה. ממא ליס הו מכתוב. פי ספר הד'ה אלתורייה. יסלטהא אללה עליך. אלי' אן ינפד'ך

    Also every disease and every plague that is not written in the book of this Torah, God shall set them over you until He has destroyed you.

62. Devarim 28:62

    וְנִשְׁאַרְתֶּם בִּמְתֵי מְעָט תַּחַת אֲשֶׁר הֱיִיתֶם כְּכוֹכְבֵי הַשָּׁמַיִם לָרֹב כִּי-לֹא שָׁמַעְתָּ בְּקוֹל יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ

    פתבקון רהט דו אחצא. בעד מא כנתם. ככואכב אלסמא כת'רה. אד' לם תקבל. אמר אללה רבך

    And you shall be left a numbered band, after you had been as the stars of the sky in multitude — since you did not accept the command of God your Lord.

63. Devarim 28:63

    וְהָיָה כַּאֲשֶׁר-שָׂשׂ יְהוָה עֲלֵיכֶם לְהֵיטִיב אֶתְכֶם וּלְהַרְבּוֹת אֶתְכֶם--כֵּן יָשִׂישׂ יְהוָה עֲלֵיכֶם לְהַאֲבִיד אֶתְכֶם וּלְהַשְׁמִיד אֶתְכֶם וְנִסַּחְתֶּם מֵעַל הָאֲדָמָה אֲשֶׁר-אַתָּה בָא-שָׁמָּה לְרִשְׁתָּהּ

    פיכון כמא קצד אללה בכם. אן יחסן אליכם ואן יכת'רכם. כד'אך יקצד בכם. אן יבידכם ואן ינפד'כם. פתנדרסון ען אלבלד. אלד'י אנת דאכ'ל אליה לתחוזה

    And it shall be: just as God intended for you to deal well with you and to multiply you, so shall He intend for you to destroy you and to annihilate you; and you shall be obliterated from the land which you are entering to possess.

64. Devarim 28:64

    וֶהֱפִיצְךָ יְהוָה בְּכָל-הָעַמִּים מִקְצֵה הָאָרֶץ וְעַד-קְצֵה הָאָרֶץ וְעָבַדְתָּ שָּׁם אֱלֹהִים אֲחֵרִים אֲשֶׁר לֹא-יָדַעְתָּ אַתָּה וַאֲבֹתֶיךָ--עֵץ וָאָבֶן

    ויבדדך אללה פי מא בין גמיע אלשעוב. מן טרף אלארץ' אלי' טרפהא. פתכ'דם ת'ם מעבודאת אכ'ר. מא לם תערפהא. אנת ואבאיך מן כ'שב וחגארה

    And God shall scatter you among all the peoples, from one end of the earth to the other; and there you shall serve other objects of worship which neither you nor your fathers have known — of wood and stone.

65. Devarim 28:65

    וּבַגּוֹיִם הָהֵם לֹא תַרְגִּיעַ וְלֹא-יִהְיֶה מָנוֹחַ לְכַף-רַגְלֶךָ וְנָתַן יְהוָה לְךָ שָׁם לֵב רַגָּז וְכִלְיוֹן עֵינַיִם וְדַאֲבוֹן נָפֶשׁ

    ופי תלך אלאמם לא תטמאן. ולא יכון קרארא לקדמך. בל יגעל אללה לך ת'ם קלבא רגזא. ושכוץ אלעיון ודבול אלנפוס

    And among those nations you shall find no rest, and there shall be no resting-place for your foot; but God shall give you there a trembling heart, and staring eyes, and withering of soul.

66. Devarim 28:66

    וְהָיוּ חַיֶּיךָ תְּלֻאִים לְךָ מִנֶּגֶד וּפָחַדְתָּ לַיְלָה וְיוֹמָם וְלֹא תַאֲמִין בְּחַיֶּיךָ

    ותכון חיאתך מעלקה חד'אך. ותפזע לילא ונהארא. ולא תצאדק בחיאתך

    And your life shall be hanging before you, and you shall be terrified night and day, and shall not trust in your life.

67. Devarim 28:67

    בַּבֹּקֶר תֹּאמַר מִי-יִתֵּן עֶרֶב וּבָעֶרֶב תֹּאמַר מִי-יִתֵּן בֹּקֶר--מִפַּחַד לְבָבְךָ אֲשֶׁר תִּפְחָד וּמִמַּרְאֵה עֵינֶיךָ אֲשֶׁר תִּרְאֶה

    תקול באלגדאה יא ליתני אמסי. ותקול באלעשי יא ליתני אצבח. מן פזע קלבך אלד'י תפזע. ומע רויא עינאך אלד'י תראה

    In the morning you shall say: 'Would that it were evening!' and in the evening you shall say: 'Would that it were morning!' — out of the dread of your heart which you shall dread, and from the sight of your eyes which you shall see.

68. Devarim 28:68

    וֶהֱשִׁיבְךָ יְהוָה מִצְרַיִם בָּאֳנִיּוֹת בַּדֶּרֶךְ אֲשֶׁר אָמַרְתִּי לְךָ לֹא-תֹסִיף עוֹד לִרְאֹתָהּ וְהִתְמַכַּרְתֶּם שָׁם לְאֹיְבֶיךָ לַעֲבָדִים וְלִשְׁפָחוֹת וְאֵין קֹנֶה

    וירדך אללה אלי' חאל מצר פי ספן. עלי' אלחאל אלד'י קלת לך. לא תעוד אן תראהא אבדא. ותערצון הנאך לאלביע לאעדאיכם. עבידא ואמא וליס משתרי

    And God shall bring you back to the condition of Egypt in ships — along the way of which I said to you: you shall never see it again — and you shall be offered there for sale to your enemies as slaves and maidservants, with no buyer.

69. Devarim 28:69

    אֵלֶּה דִבְרֵי הַבְּרִית אֲשֶׁר-צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת-מֹשֶׁה לִכְרֹת אֶת-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל--בְּאֶרֶץ מוֹאָב מִלְּבַד הַבְּרִית אֲשֶׁר-כָּרַת אִתָּם בְּחֹרֵב

    הד'א כלאם אלעהד אלד'י אמר אללה מוסי'. אן יעהדה מע בני אסראיל פי בלד מואב. מא כ'לא אלעהד. אלד'י עהדה מעהם פי גבל חריב

    These are the words of the covenant which God commanded Moses to make with the sons of Israel in the land of Moab — apart from the covenant which He made with them at Mount Horeb.
