- Bereshit 5:1
זֶה סֵפֶר תּוֹלְדֹת אָדָם בְּיוֹם בְּרֹא אֱלֹהִים אָדָם בִּדְמוּת אֱלֹהִים עָשָׂה אֹתוֹ
. .
This is the exposition of the offspring of Adam. When God created him, in His likeness, sovereign He made him.

זָכָר וּנְקֵבָה בְּרָאָם וַיְבָרֶךְ אֹתָם וַיִּקְרָא אֶת-שְׁמָם אָדָם בְּיוֹם הִבָּרְאָם

Male and female He created them; and He blessed them, and named them Adam, on the day He created them.

וַיְחִי אָדָם שְׁלֹשִׁים וּמְאַת שָׁנָה וַיּוֹלֶד בִּדְמוּתוֹ כְּצַלְמוֹ וַיִּקְרָא אֶת-שְׁמוֹ שֵׁת

And when Adam had lived a hundred and thirty years, he begot a son in his likeness, after his form; and he named him Seth.

And when Enoch had walked in obedience to God — he died, and God received him.

And when Methuselah had lived a hundred and eighty-seven years, he begot Lamech.
